I saw that but I saw it on one of those facebook picture links, so I thought it may be fake, but looks like I know what my next phone will be.

When are they going to release the 5S then, and Which one will be first? 5C or 5S?

I would guess it's a release of both together.

They'll possibly release the iPhone 5C/5s when iOS 7 is officially launched! ^^.
