i am looking for an app that will notify you when someone logs into an irc chat. you document the hostmasked IP and who the owner of that ip is and when they log in it gives you a notification. i know there is one because someone i know used to have it but i cannot remember what it was called. if it matters the its irc.mibbit. thanks in advance for any help!
