My little nephew got an iPad 3 for Christmas and I think it was refurbished we restored and updated it today but he now needs an icloud activation with a random apple id. Is there anyway to bypass this?

I'm kind of new to the iphone jailbreaks but after the entire set up i didnt get cydia all i got was evasion 7 on my phone even after it was completely done should i try again?

Yes this works on 7.0.4 and on 7.0.5 on the 5s and 5c
