Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If you are using the ios 7 jailbreak, beware of turning your device off by holding the power button and home button down. It shuts down Mobile substrate entirely and makes no tweaks or utilities work at all for your device. Basically everything is cydia is useless without it.If it does happen you have to re-install Mobile substrate. Only shut it down that way if it is necessary and you have no other options. Thank you.

I actually just did this.
My 5S is pretty good.

You held the power button and home button down sametime and booted up? Cause it basically turns off mobile substrate when you do.

Do you not also have to make sure that the settings app is closed out and re-install PreferenceLoader? It didn't work for me when I only re-installed Mobile Substrate.
