Note: This works on all non A7 Chip Devices ( Wont work on iPad Mini Retina, iPad Air, iPhone 5S

How to get tweaks working while we wait for mobile substrate to be updated

If you go into Cydia on the installed tab and Reinstall Mobile Substrate and Substrate Safe Mode tweaks will now work
