you could try SAMprefs on cydia repo.bingner.com

apparently all you have to do now is

Step 1: download and install this package

Step 2: take your sim out

Step 3: go onto ifile locate var/root/library then create a backup of the lockdown folder and delete original
(make sure you make a backup because if you don't you will have to reinstall the firmware)

Step 4:put new sim in load samprefs go to into utility's and press attempt activation (whilst connected to internet)


if dont work try these methods to restore

1: restore folder and restart phone
2: delete lockdown folder incert old sim then reactivate
