Every user on iOS 7.0.5 or lower should update their iOS version to the latest iOS 7.0.6!
Why?, because there is a bug in iOS versions lower then iOS 7.0.6 that will make all your precious information like login credentials at risk!
HTTPS isn't working as it should be, so please for your own safety upgrade your iOS version to iOS 7.0.6!
Luckily, Evasi0n [1.0.6] has been updated to work with iOS 7.0.6.
So no worries! You'll be able to re-jailbreak it.
Make sure to install the iOS version using iTunes, not O-T-A [Over the air] because it can cause several problems when jailbreaking the iOS!
ALSO MAKE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR CONTACTS ETC USING iCLOUD! BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO DO A CLEAN INSTALL SINCE YOU'VE [PROBABLY] JAILBREAKED IT ON iOS 7.0.5! IF YOU DIDN'T JAILBREAK IT ON iOS 7.0.5 OR LOWER YOU CAN JUST INSTALL IT OVER YOUR CURENT iOS VERSION WITHOUT PROBLEMS!

You are only really at risk if you are using public wifi, even then there has to be somebody who has the know how to be on the same wifi connection as you are.

WTF does update by itunes mean?

It means plug your device into your computer, and choose the update option instead of doing it on your device.
