Hello, on this thread I will be sharing with you guys my favorite App/Game.

My favorite game is 2048. In this game you swipe to move all tiles. When two tiles with the same number touch, they merge into one, creating a bigger number. Now if you pile up on numbers and fill the boxes to where you can merge anymore, Game Over. Get to the 2048 tile, and reach a high score!

This app is on IOS & Android! Also it is compatible with most devices!

My Opinion of the game
Well, this can be challenging & frustrating at times but it's a fun game and it passes time.

Brilliant game!!

This is one of the most addicting games I've ever played, I've gotten to the 2048 tile countless times and even the 4096 tile. I am now on the quest for the 8192 tile which has proven to be quite a challenging one. Anyway, there is one frustrating issue that I really hope to see resolved - the game is supposed to record your top 5 highest scores BUT it only records your score if you get one higher than you've ever gotten before. For example if your highest high score is 70,000 and your second highest is 50,000 but you get 60,000, the game won't record the score of 60,000. It only records scores if you get one higher than you've ever gotten before. Please fix this. Also, the multiplayer is weird and usually impossible to play since everyone's playing on the same board at the same time, they could make it a competition where players use separate boards, or have people take turns but I can't complain about the multiplayer since it's still in beta. I've managed to get pretty far when playing the multiplayer with my brother since we were in the same room and could work together, which brings me to my next point - players should be able to go beyond 2048 and get even higher tiles in multiplayer mode. KetchApp if you're reading this please consider my suggestions, also keep up the great work! I'll continue on my quest for 8192 and I look forward to updates and what they bring to this game.

I was sitting quietly at school doing my work, when I noticed a group of kids all yelling and swiping the teachers tablet for dear life. I went over to see what all the fuss was about and that was the moment I discovered 2048. It was fun at first, always a rush. But little did I know, after I trying it once it became an addiction. 2048 consumed my life. I didn't want to do anything else. It started with me getting my phone taken up in class. Then, my parents taking away my phone because I "played it to much." My 2048 started to slim down on their addiction but mine was more alive than ever. If use anyone's phone, computer, or tablet to play. My grades dropped, my friends left, my family gave up on me ever beating the addiction. But, about 2 months ago I beat it. I beat my addiction, and now things are getting back to normal.

Good app! New update=bad

I just got the new update today and was very happy to see they had fixed the bugs for iOS 5 devices. I have an iPad 1 with iOS 5, but with the new update, 2048 is now unplayable. Every time I open the app, a black screen appears for a split second, then it's gone and I'm back to my home screen. I was extremely disappointed since I have been really close lately to beating the game. I give this 3 stars because it is a really awesome game and helps pass time. I am really disappointed with the new update and hope the developers release a new update soon. If you have a newer device, go ahead and get the game! If it wasn't for the update, I would give this easily 5 stars. I even have to admit that this game is one of my favorites!!
