Do these images show the iPhone 6 as it will appear in all its retail glory on the high street next month?

The photographs, revealing the excitedly anticipated Apple product in its box and seemingly ready for the shelves emerged earlier today.

The pics seem to tally with what we already know about the product and were leaked by a source close to an Apple beta tester, according to technology website techradar.com.

There's no 100% proof that the photos are authentic, but the details on show line up with the dozens of details already seeping onto the web about the next generation Apple handset.

The iPhone 6 will feature a new super-fast WiFi chip and an improved Touch ID fingerprint sensor, according to reports.

It will also feature Apple's next generation A8 processor, which should give the smartphone a huge performance boost, according to tech website Venture Beat.

But it's looking less and less likely that the near-indestructible sapphire crystal display, heavily rumoured in the run up to the phone's release, will appear on device - at least to begin with.

It's now expected the phone will launch with a screen that's stronger than the Gorilla glass used by the current range of iPhones, but softer than sapphire, which is used to cover the Touch ID sensor.

As I love Samsung and my Galaxy phones I just don't know how to think of the new bigger iPhone, I may actually switch this time around lol Smile then if I decide I don't like it I can always sell it and get the GS5 with some extra cash in my pocket Happy

This is fake. Ew acne face . The iPhone 6 clones have been out for awhile and you can now purchase this. There's even a prank video out to mess with people.

Im not taken by the pic. The iPhone 6 looks like a bigger version of an iPod 5th gen and its basically just all the same now. Apple needs to produce something completely new or otherwise they'll be losing customers fast

I'm debating in switching now. I've had Apple for YEARS. I'm leaning towards that new LG G3. I've read A LOT of reviews on it last night and it seems ok. My wife has the Galaxy S5, and like all of her past Galaxies, it's still buggy, freezes, and doesn't offer a lot of smoothness, unlike my iPhone 5s. That's what keeps me going back to Apple is that smoothness and crisp iOS has compared to Android. Anyways, I know you've read what the iPhone 6 will come with, so I'm asking if you're going to continue with it...? In my suggestion, the unveiling of the iDevice will have to literally knock me on my ass if I'm going to be buying one this year. Same shit kind of gets old. All that's changing so far from what I've read is the screen size, and a faster chip. Not Happy or Sad oh. And a Sony camera is supposedly going into the back of it.

I went from an iPhone 4 to an S4 had that for like 7months Android is awesome yeah its better then iOS in some parts then i sold it for the 5S, like you said 5S is wayyy smoother and everything just works all together, Im gunna sell my 5S soon and get the 6, all I miss fro having an S4 is a bigger screen, Yeah its gunna have an A8 chip better then the A7 obv yet the A7 still blows most Droids out the warter seeing its the only 64bit phone on the market still
