It doesn't link to illegal websites. It links to uploading websites, were people can upload illegal files.

Hank, I think you didn't understand a thing of what I noted above. If you want an every-single-day example, I'll use Google. Google gives links to illegal websites. Yet it does it "by accident," but it still does it.

Actually Glitch3r, the sites are considered illegal if they don't respect the You must login or register to view this content. and other copyright rules, i.e. if a developer phones them to ask to removal of their app they have to do it.


But then, as a defense, you can tell the developer that it's his fault that he didn't add "anti-cracking" protection in his application[s]...
