Increasing performance on ANY ios deivce can be simple and broken down into detail.
Let's start off with the basic knowledge, every phone and eletronic device has certain stuff load up on boat to keep the operating system running, on any iDevice these are called daemons. There is quite a few that load up and some are not necessary and other some people don't use can disable some people do its all up to you. The other hand is tweaks you install that take up space let alone using location services in the background as well. Now lets get started.
To start off theres not one magical tweak that saves your battery up to twice as long battery life. No. Now thats out of the way start off by downloading a tweak called iCleaner, simply go to the plus at the bottom and go into daemons tab. Disable the ones you do not use and save battery life on boot! Once restarted run the cleaning to free up space on your phone. As far as other tweaks disables the ones you do not need, or find necessary. Tweaks running in the backround can kill up energy that could be saved in a important moment.
Location Services, You don't need to disable them that's just a waist, but turning off Facebook and messenger can save your battery due to it always running in the backround, weather reports can do that to. So then again disable what you don't use.
Siri: If you don't use then disable her she hogs the battery that dirty girl.
brightness: auto brightness is a waist of battery to just keep it half way and your good
mail: set mail to fetch cause you don't want to waist your battery checking for mail you do not have.
Any more tips will be updated frequent thank you and have a great day
