If you jailbreak, you can easily do that. Also with JB, if you dont want to delete them, you have the option of hiding them.

I wouldn't suggest deleting them. You should just hide them instead. I Sbsettings to hide my apps. Just activate sbsettings, select more, press poof, and then you can select the apps you wish to hide.
