1. i have a jailbroken iphone and i was wondering how i delete apps on my iphone that cant be deleted from the phone(example: i have and app i downloaded for getting 5 icons across one page.) i dont want it anymore.

2. can i sync it to itunes or do i need a special program? what will happen if i do sync it to itunes?

i am using blackra1n newest version 3.1 if that helps

not sure on question 1 but download appsync 3.1 from cydia.hackulo.us and you can install apps through itunes
