Some of you may ask why this is a big deal and why I bothered to make a thread about this but this is a big deal for Cydia! With Cydia no longer running as root, the app is now tweakable, and themeable! Before, you couldn't even change the color of Cydia, now you will be able to install tweaks for Cydia itself, and themes for Cydia itself! TaiG has also released version 2.3 of their UnTether which fully removes the awkward setreuid kernel patch!
