Highly recommend the following.

BioProtect for Finger Sensor Phones: To prevent people from accessing certain apps.

ColorFlow 2: Customizes the color theme when playing music.

Eclipse 2: Global Dark theme which goes amazing with most apps.

LinkTunes: Allows you to get free music added to your iTunes Music with Album Cover.

RePower: Allows you to respring, power off, or reboot easily by holding the power button.

SecretLockSettings: Allows you to set an Activator gesture to prevent people from disabling your phone and such.

StatusVol 2: Puts the volume bar at the top in replacement of the clock instead of that annoying box.

TypeStatus: Notifies you subtly when someone is typing and has read your message in iMessage.

These are my top tweaks and I recommend them for anyone :p
