I dont know exactly what jailbreaking does, I thought it just lets you get any app you want for free. Is this right? If so its not workin on my ipod touch. Please help me.

If you take this Itouch to a Apple Store because it´s broken they will tell you that they don´t handle Jailbroken Devices+Jailbreak is useless unless you are 12 Years old and can´t afford a Gaming Console

I got this from Costco first off. Its not broken it works but i dont think jailbreaking it did anything. And im never gonna return it anyway...

Well Jailbreaking:

Pro´s:You can use Cydia(if Jailbroken right it should be there)and use third Party Apps such as cracked Apps

Con´s:It breaks more likely, it will turn out 20% slower and it´s pretty much for little Kids

It can get you any App for free if you really want to and know how to do it.

Yea my dads friend bought a jailbreaking program with redsnow and cydia but i tried to put it in his iphone and it didnt work. So i just tried this blackrain thing for my ipod touch.

Oh cool! nvm i tried it again and it works awesome!!! and it has cydia.

the cons in this post on not true.
1st it does not break more easily its still the same device just modified.
2nd 20% more slower? more like 5%
3rd for little kids? Kids should not even have a iphone or itouch so to put it right its not for kids its for people who want to use apps that are not authorised by apple.
