I came across this on Reddit/r/Apple and all credit goes to the dev behind this.

You can view this website from your iPhone and I'm guessing iPad too and make a custom profile to install to your iDevice which will hide what ever app you select.
I myself haven't tested this but I've used websites like this in the past.

Please read what the website has to say, maybe even make a back up just to be 100% safe.
