Debug eboots allow you to real time mod on dex
Cex Eboots are needed to mod on cex you install them into your games directory mostly in the "usdr" folder (something around that name)

Gsc menus can be injected using injection tools, you can find these in the modding tools section, look for gsc studio, you then inject the menu into your game using the tool for this you have to be in a pre game lobby of a custom match and once it's injected you will start the game and have a menu
