_gamerep.gsc -- Overwrite the parameters and force client scripts off and it removes the xp limit

Oh. I had no idea it was a gsc. I feel retarded but then again I haven't messed with gsc in around 4 months so you know!

In other words ... change the limit parameters so the XP limit is high enough so the client doesn't refuse more than 65,000 XP. I am getting that right?
