Post: Installing Overflowfix issues with sharks base
06-10-2016, 01:28 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello NGU, I am continuing work on my XP-lobby menu but a problem I keep having is GSC overflow. I used Sharks base as the base for the menu due its simplicity but it doesn't contain the fix and ... I am thus far unsuccessful in incorporating the Overflow fix with out either freezing or having all the menus text disappear...
I think the problem is has to due with recreating text ... a thing that the tutorials I have found seem to assume knowledge on. Something of that sort ...

Does anyone who has worked with Sharks menu base know how the implement this fix correctly? If so, what functions do I have to rename or where I have to add additional functions? Any help would be very well appreciated.

Yes, I always post the source of my work. You can find the code I am having issues adding the GSC Overflow fix to on my XPlobby post. V1.8. I updated it very recently all recent additions are in that source.

You must login or register to view this content.

You can run the overflow tester i added in the host menu, just be sure to run it once and not multiple times.

Thank for doing that, You just removed a very large thorn in my side. It works, the theme menu that was unstable in public games due to constant Overflow problems now is stable. Thanks Happy
