No it's for wannabe "hackers" to be more ignorant than they already are. Basically there is no positive purpose for it, the reason people want it is so they can hit people's internet offline from there lobby or threaten them with "I have your IP address :troll:". Hope this helped out!

Yup. Some1 in my friends list DDosed me. I guess he must be proud of himself. I was hoping it would be for client spoofing on call of duty so non host players can have the same level of access to the games server as the host does, to allow for using stuff only the host has approval to.

This is going to go major off topic but can you explain to me why only the host can use more hacks and Dvars than non host players can?

Someone released it for a league play tool, because people in league play seem to like DDosing so he thought 'Why not try searching someones ip in NetCheat?' then he released a tool with it in it, and because it was unencrypted it was leeched.

I've already tried to explain to you why this is, but you can't seem to understand it.

i use the ip grabber to steal host and thats it.....get in a league/pub game , get hosts ip, host mirgrate to me and steal a full 11 player lobby without the hasle of waiting in pregame
