I can go onto black ops 2 once I get into an online game, it loads up like the game is gonna start and then it resets and loads again and I get awaiting connection until 11 and then it puts be back in my own party. someone please help me. I have deleted the gamesave data and the game data.

Yeah, this is definitely an EBOOT issue if you've already tried removing the game data. Try using one of the trusted EBOOTs from Jewels thread.

Sounds like an EBOOT problem like the above users have said, or though sometimes your connection cannot handle the game process and does that. But i agree your problem sounds like an EBOOT problem.

sorry to bump this old thread but it is not an eboot problem. because I'm on DEX 4.78 Rebug and I'm also having this problem. ive deleted game save data and game, and reinstalled it again with clean eboot and it does the same, idk why people think its the eboot but is not, I'm trying to figure out what it is also

This is a problem with the player level value.
If you have noticed when you set your rank using an rtm tool or a sprx menu, your level becomes glitched, and the value '1' is still there except where the progress bar is, it just extends to the other end of your screen.
Trying to join matches with this level value will make the game kick you, as the value is corrupt, and cannot be overwritten, with any other value.
