Try making a new account and try it. Do you get the message when you sign in? Is it a message from PSN or the BO2 Servers?

Its BO2 servers im just running the Antiban Eboot no mods.

Then you must have overwritten the original EBOOT with the Antiban EBOOT AFTER you were banned. So, I would create a new account and make sure you have the Antiban EBOOT.
