Yeah there is no way to change clients name without being the host. The offsets are only seen when your the host, the tool won't find or edit the offsets when your not the host.

A better way to explain it is each player is assigned a offset according to their index, all these offsets join the host offset. Kinda like how you connect to another person online, with your IP.

I'm pretty sure my client tool is the only working in game name change on Black Ops 2. There might be some other small tools, but I don't think Geo has it, no 100% sure. I have 4 released tools so don't get muddled up by which one.

geo's works 100% when I use it. geo has never failed me. all functions work
