If you are buying a jailbroken one, there are plenty of Antiban EBOOTs that are working, so you should be fine.

I seen someone on xbox, and they were playing zombie land, like on mw2. Is that available on ps3 as well?

Yes, it is. As you can see, Shark has developed a gamemode in GSC which you can inject and you will have that same one basically. I'm not sure how it looks on Xbox, but I personally like the one Shark made :p There's different versions of it as well.
