That's for Bo2 1.19 ofcause

real XP doesnt work on bo2 that i know of, it gives you streaks and your score goes up but it doesnt affect your rank

As DexBlud23 said;
It's not going to rank you up quickly.
But you can use a mod menu, like Bossam v4 & set XP to 99999999; you'd be fine.

There are a few tools that have xp lobby abilities; I don't know which at the top of my head
