If the application wasnt encrypted then all you have to do is change the dll file but if it is then you would have to make a request of the tool ower to change it

i would use CCAPI 2.60 or use TMAPI, and you wont be able to change the DLLs beause they are packed into the application

you can install the 2.70 on your PS3 then use the 2.60 on your PC, it should be backwards compatible as that is how i have it

Do exactly what Krono mentioned and youb will be fine, i also have 2.70 on my ps3 and 2.60 on pc and everything works good. Quote Krono or I if your still having problems
