there is xbox non host menus that work on ps3 as well

Well it depends on he developer if they want it to be able to be used on both consoles. But PS3 and Xbox are 2 different worlds

Well considering Xbox is like .xex and PS3 is .sprx the developer would have to develop 2 menus
