You need a PS3 running CFW (jailbroken ps3) to host any mod menu yourself. However check out You must login or register to view this content., there are plenty of people who will host a free lobby and let you use a mod menu.

the most rare menus are private ones im afraid, but if u have a jailbroken PS3 have a look here and you will find some most likely You must login or register to view this content.
