In Black ops 2 whenever I want to give someone max stats or Level 55 it just kicks them out of the game, and whenever they try to join back it it just keeps on kicking them out the game?

I use Black ops 2 GSC Studio and I mainly use GSC'S that have got them options to either prestige master everyone and to give them Level 55.

If you know whats wrong just comment down and I will try everything out.

The big thing is that all options of this nature are fake.

In order to give anyone max stats, level 55 and stuff like that. You need to log on to their account and use an RTM tool. You can't set peoples REAL rank and such with mod menus. This doesn't work in Black ops 2 due limits set within each client on how much XP they can earn and limits on some stats like kills.
Here is what you can do in an unlock lobby: Give XP (in 65,000 XP increments), after each gain, the client must leave and rejoin for more. You can rank a client to master prestige in they quit and rejoin enough.
Give Unlock all Camos: Only if the player is level 55 and/or master prestige, all guns the player has unlocked can be given camos.
Unlock some challenges: Some callenges can be unlocked via menus.
Give insane negative states such as deaths, losses, time-played, ect. You can make someones KD and Win/Loss 0 instantly with the correct code.

Yeah your better off just modding their accounts the proper way to be able to give them the full recovery
