Post: What are most tools made in?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just wondering what program most of the tools are made in because I'd like to try and make a tool some day. Probably start with an open source tool and edit it and play around with it before actually creating a tool.

C# I think? Nice to have at least a base on all languages tho.

As for programs, most use Visual Basic/Studio. Either the latest version, or 2010 (for .sprx).

Okay I know my way around VB and know C# pretty well so it shouldn't be to hard to figure something out.
