haven't played in about a year, have tried every eboot I can find and all pretty much the same thing happens.
gets to screen to play online, select online and either keeps saying BO2 severs not available and loops that over and over or freezes.
also I cant see the store option. any ideas? anything new needed since I aint been on in a year?

Ill explain how his process of freezing works.

He loads Bo2. Goes to the MP main menu. Presses Play Online. DOES NOT CONNECT TO SERVER SO IT REMAINS LOADING. And he tries to quit the game which resolves to freezing. TO FIX THIS, YOU WAIT UNTIL YOUR FRIEND TEXT POPS UP ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT AND THEN ATTEMPT TO CONNECT. This is due to you loading Bo2 too fast and your connection / preset mods such as probation bypass and antiban load first.

I know now what issue he is having to be honest I load up my BO2 hella damn quick nothing ever stops me from getting online, like you said he can't connect to the servers and when he tries to quit the game it freezes that happens it's normal! But connecting to the server part like I told you it's his ISP provider just tell him to keep resetting his router eventually he'll get there. If you want proof of what I did dude then let me know I'll show my history if I have to do because when I had the same problem I did some digging until I contacted activation support and they've told me to call my internet provider up.

If he can't connect to the BO2 servers that means his PS3 is completely fine it's his internet and I'm 100% sure it is. Weather you listen to me or not I don't care I'm just tryna help but seems like you keep twisting you're words. I gave my skype to you its up to you if you wanna give it to your friend or not I'm willing to help anything else.
