I have a friend I shared bo2 vengeance and apocalypse dlc with. I downloaded and installed it but It's not in my game
I downloaded the right bles! is this normal or is there a fix?

So what you are trying to say is that you gameshared to someone and now you don't have it?

You will have to get that friend to deactivate from your account so you will be able to get them again if that is the problem.

No I got the account dates from a friend I shared from him

That's weird man, try deleting game data utility and reinstall the updates.
