An opinion of a customer does not allow you to insult them. That's basically saying it's the customer's fault for what happened. If the email and password didn't work, tell the customer. Simple as that. And as I said before, mark this thread as Closed if you are no longer doing free services or change the description saying that this is now closed, then post in the normal services area where you can make money out of your service. Don't keep this thread as an open one or you'll be misleading people.
