The reason why you got this error, is because you probably downloaded the Dynamic Link Library (DLL) from a dll hosting site. That won't work. You'll need to reinstall your copy of BO2, or get the dll file from a legit copy of BO2.

Thanks man i figured out the error earlier today i just reinstalled the game and installed all the updates but now i cant get the game online.
