Ok here is what u gonna do..to see if is a EBOOT issue.go back to the blackops 2 folder in ur ps3 and replace again the EBOOT for for the original one.if you made a copy of the original EBOOT if u didnt just copy it from the downloaded bo2 game.or if u have a disk game then just download any Clean BLES EBOOT DEX and replace the one u have in the hd.cause i think u have a incorect one

And check if everything works after unreplace the eboot again
