Im getting a 3.55 ps3 for christmas and i might do the 4.21 rebug after i jailbreak it. i want to mod on Black ops 2 but i also cant sit at the laptop all day injecting stuff into the ps3 because i only have a family laptop. If its possible can you tell me how

There isn't a way. It's either GSC injector, or an RTE RPC menu.
Though, I actually think there are SPRX mods for Black Ops II, which wouldn't require injection from a separate system, just an EBOOT.

I would recommend just doing the menu injector, once you put the menu in, you can even shut down the laptop if you want to haha, you just have to reinject it if you shut down the system because it just overwrites the systems currently running data/process, I do it all the time myself with the GR3ZZ menu for zombies, all you do is install ccapi 2.60 on your rebug (btw I recomment rebug 4.46 rex not 4.21, less bugs) and after ccapi is installed open up the gsc injector, make sure the anti-ban box is checked, click connect and attach, change the link at the bottom to either the zombies or mp location and click inject gsc, then select the menu and click open and then you can close the program, then you have a menu without a constant program (I do it just because I have a really slow laptop so I can't have more than a couplpe things going at once)

Edit: here are the locations for the GSC menus, put either of these in the box at the bottom of the gsc injector (of course, to match what game type you're doing)
