you can use tmapi on gsc studio just download the last update and force host in a private match then search for a game while force host is on you cant join friends.

Hello, Now are you using your own menu? or are you using somone elses? Most cases it could be bad internet! If your using a well know menu there should be no issue. I use ccapi, run many menus and get host no problem. (Note: My router is in my room and my ps3 is hardwired) Hope this helped!
