I'm pretty sure you can't install a menu, only inject it. But how do I know I'm a rtm tool freak

use a gsc injector you can't launch a mod menu in the game its a game script you edit with a gsc injector and black ops 2 sucks

you can use an SPRX injector that will auto inject the gsc, there's a thread on it somewhere in the BO2 section, you just gotta look for it & follow the info given in the thread.
