Atm there is a banwave on psn and either you was modding maliciously for people to report you enough times for you to get noticed? or you was being monitored from a game you was previously modding and it was just coincidence you got banned whilst playing black ops 2.

I got a new cid and want it to last as long as possible so I am safe modding bo2 I even have free dlc installed will this get me banned??

If you're worried id wait until the weekend is over then start modding again as there is a ban wave (i think its still happening). I dont want to give you a definite answer because the hugest risk for you getting banned is that your on CFW.
