It dosen't matter,XP lobbies got patched along time ago but they work it just dosen't lvl anyone up.

I think it only work on team deathmatch..
But as AutoModder said; it will not work, their stats will be back to what they was before they joined the xp lobby after the match.

You can host xpl online and everyone get massive scores and level up in the game, but when the match is over their stats and ranks get reseted to what they was before the lobby
