i would use gsc menus, download a gsc injector and a gsc menu that looks cool to you and for multiplayer put maps/mp/gametypes/_clientids.gsc
and for zombies its maps/mp/gametypes_zm/_clientids.gsc u have to connect to the injector in a pregame in private lobby first then start it then once your in the game you hit inject gsc and find the menu and then once it says injected end the game then start it agian and youll have the menu working, just hit force host to use it online
