Make a destroy menu function and call it onplayerconnect.

Do as Extinct say, or you could add ShaderHere.alpha = 0; on the onPlayerSpawned function.

yeah you could set the alpha to 0 but the easiest way is going to destroy the full menu onplayerconnect since you are going to create the menu when you spawn.
