Im not trying to leech anyone's work, just make a private edit for myself?? Can someone please tell me why this is happening?

Don't use a decompiler ... a menu is compiled for a reason.
If the source isn't posted for a menu find a different menu that has its source posted by its creator for you to make an "edit" of.

menus should be open sourced since the decompiler was released... so to fully answer his question is... You can't use a decompiler for leeching its only for learning and if u leech with this ur gay

In my opinion, bad syntaxes are very easy to fix even if the decompile has some bugs
