I use CCAPI to connect to my PS3 (I don't have Ethernet cable ) and I use the Injector tool for GSU and I get to the part where i can inject the GSU of my choice but it has no effect to my game. no mod menu pops up and rarely will my game freeze. I have the BLES1717 version of BO2, and I dont know what im doing wrong if you guys need more detail for this problem i can give you more.

I'd recommend using a menu that you are 100% positive that works for the latest update. I personally use Jiggy's Mod Menu v4.2 as it's the most stable and reliable. Be sure you have the injection paths correctly placed and named. Besides that, you should be good to go.

Any relable zombie mod menu's you use? I'm going to try to use that one you recommend but i'm almost positive it's not gonna work because i tried to use multiple mod menu's and none worked.

My settings are already like that, and i have tried to use a anti-ban eboot. same effect, The GSC injects onto my PS3 and there is no effect (sometimes my PS3 might Freeze)

Do you even have CFW? Just curious because who looks up best mod menu other then OFW kids haha, He's not talking about an antiban eboot bahaha, do you even know how to change eboots? If so find a working zombies eboot for starters, it's not hard just look for a 1.19 eboot with whatever ( antiban or a debugged one ), then download this once you can actually get to the zombies screen ( Or don't but this is the best zombies menu you'll find IMO ), You must login or register to view this content., Use the PS3 Injector if you don't know what you're doing, and it's really basic from then on just read what the injector tells you what to do.
