If you're planning to make a private menu [Not going to post it], search though the source codes of other menus and have fun copying and pasting, no need to get others to give you code.
If the menu you want to get the source for doesn't have it publicly posted, use a decompiler.

If you're planning to make a public menu [posting it], visit the GSC script lists for some basic codes then code your self some cool functions.
