Lol, if you can't read a text tutorial & by the looks of your spelling, I'm assuming you're not going to be making a map edit anytime soon, originally you would have to get the co-ordinates, write them into your script and hope for the best then inject for 30 minutes and pray that it comes out how you were hoping, luckily I've got my own script that i can literally make the map ingame and then grab the co-ords afterwards but I'm not releasing it.

All I'm saying is, I'm pretty sure I've come across a video on how to map edit, but like that's going to help, when it comes to coding you've got to teach yourself and learn off others, good luck jimmy boi

There is no "tool" its all in GSC. Learn it then do Map Edits..

I didn't mean to like the comment haha, as Gentle said, there's no tool, it's GSC, i coded it myself i may release it later on but it's basic af anyone could code it, but you'd be best off learning the basics for now mate

If you go though the thread and are still clueless on how to make map edits, start by taking other peoples map edits, and editing them. Trial and error your way though until you have enough understanding to make your own map edits. Videos are nearly pointless for this kinda of stuff as, if you don't understand how to make map edits from detailed text tutorials, you should be looking up videos related to coding GSC to get the basics of GSC before applying it to something.
