I am trying to use CabCons zombie gsc menu. I also have his multiplayer gsc menu and it works flawlessly. why is my game freezing just for zombies? please help

I am unsure whether or not to change from cex to dex. I am on wireless connection and I dont really know the difference between cex and dex because i am a new modder. I just dont want to mess up my console.
