Alright, after plenty of positive feedback I decided to update the menu and fix some bugs and have an official non-beta release! So here it is, scroll down to see the change long

Controls:
Open - R2
Scroll - L1 & R1
Select - Square
Go Back/Close Menu - R3

10/18/2014:
Theme Menu is fixed and works
More Options added to the Admin, VIP, Basic Modifications, Player, All Player, and Message Menus
Weapon Settings removed until i get more stuff for it

Are you stupid? If you checked the code you'd clearly see that I didn't use a base, nor did I edit someone elses work :seriously:
