Take out your link, put theirs! Take out your menu name, put theirs! Basically you get the point, but I want to just share something I use to kinda stop the skids finding it so easily.

Where you would insert your name, link & Menu name, instead of setting it to something like this:

Just put ^(No. of color here) within your text so if a person does press ctrl + F (Search for "Made By" or "Welcome" or for this example "Zombieland" it will take them longer to search for it because they have to manually scroll through it. For example, I do something like this:

Once again, it's not completely preventing people from stealing the menu, it's just making it harder to search for your name, link etc so they would have to search through the script manually to change the name. And who has time for that? Anyway, that's pretty much it. Hope it helps a few of you out because I have had my work stolen before, and now I simply don't release them But total respect for the people who do release their work, it's great seeing what you people can do <3

why care if someone edits your name out their the one that will look stupid

Because I see lots of people edit peoples menu then make a YouTube video or something and then they get all the recognition.

Just release compiled version of your mod, public decompiler don't give fully correct output, in this case they have to bypass a bunch of errors.

Pretty idiotic, considering 90% of GSC menus are leeched or just reedited pieces of work.

Menu edits are always going to happen no matter what and if this is the case, say the name has just been changed, you just report the thread You must login or register to view this content. and I or another assigned moderator will trash the thread.

People need to provide there thread with a spoiler with the things they have added.
